As we said the other day - in the details - those things not seen when you're trying to focus on 'the bigger picture' - in them there is sanctuary. A reminder of the simple beauty all around us. One could even be driven to forgive the folly that is Man. Look up Stendahl syndrome - I think what you're preaching here is the reverse. In this age of art/image saturation, perhaps our salvation lies within the everyday?
